Feedback training: Fit for Feedback

Practices feedback that actually lands

Feedback that works with feedback training

Most feedback conversations go wrong not because the intention is bad, but because they lack structure, timing, and psychological safety. We give advice before we have listened. We forget to check whether the message landed.

Fit for Feedback is a hands-on programme where leaders and teams practice giving and receiving feedback, using Campbell Co.’s seven-step feedback model. The result is a team that dares to say what needs saying, in a way the other person can actually hear.

Feedback given or received in the red zone, when the brain is hijacked, tends to misfire. The program teaches people to check the zone first, so feedback lands. You can read more here.
