FAQ
Why it works
Most people don’t have a stress problem. They have an energy problem and a red-zone problem. When demands outweigh control, the brain’s alarm system takes over and clear thinking shuts down. Decisions get worse, conversations get sharper, and the cost lands on the whole team. This program gives a shared language and concrete tools to manage energy, catch the red zone early, and recover quickly. It’s based on Josefine Campbell’s book, Power Barometer.

The program in detail
A 2.5-day program run over several weeks, so the learning lands in real work life. The real practice happens between sessions, where people test their takeaways through SAFE tests and buddy groups.
Day 1, Manage energy: why personal energy matters, your energy barometer, the plus and minus list, how your energy affects others, three energy strategies, your action plan.
Day 2, Managing the red zone: what ready and hijacked mean at work, your triggers and body signals, your mental autopilots, your personal and team action plan.
Follow-up summit (2.5 hours): sharing new behaviors, difficulties, and success stories, then the next step. Buddy groups run throughout, pairing people to reflect and try out new behavior between sessions. Scalable from a half day to a program across the organization.
Optional 1-1 coaching and physiological energy tracking.
Is this a stress management course?
Yes, and more. Managing the Red Zone teaches practical stress management through personal energy and the green zone and red zone model, so people stay clear under pressure rather than only cope after the fact.
What is the red zone?
The red zone is the hijacked mental state where the brain’s alarm system takes over and clear thinking shuts down. The green zone is the clear state where you can think, listen, and choose your response. The program is based on this distinction from the book, Power Barometer.
Can we add individual coaching?
Yes. Individual coaching and physiological energy tracking are available as optional add-ons.
