Be a Leadership Team that Plays in Harmony
Talent-based development for leadership teams who want to scale impact by leveraging on each other’s strengths.
The Myth of the Perfect Leader is Costing You Performance
In most cases team are not working as teams. So, they are not leveraging the benefits of being in a team. But everyone is trying to be the best they can. No one is perfect. When leaders try to do and be everything on their own, what you can experience is:
- Disengagement
- Low energy and stress
- Challenges driving change
- Lost opportunities
- Reaction rather than action
- People leaving you
Instead of trying to be a perfect individual,
What If Your Team Could Lead Like an Ensemble?
No matter how great the individuals are. No team can leverage the benefits of teamwork without putting a conscious effort into:
- Understanding oneself and each other,
- working across differences, and
- creating constructive friction.

Mette Hughes
VP, Head of Site Fremont, Novo Nordisk
“I have worked with Josefine for 7 years. Recently Josefine & Gitte facilitated a workshop for my leadership team which we named “Managing Energy to Drive Change”. They did an amazing job not only facilitating the workshop but also preparing us in advance and following through afterwards to ensure that desired changes are truly anchored. I can strongly recommend Them.”

Henrik Ullum
CEO, Statens Serums Institut (SSI)
“The process with Josefine and Gitte gave us a new momentum of becoming one leadership team. Before we tented to fall into silo-thinking when collaborating but with their expertise we now have the tools and mindset for how to act like one team and collaborate with the entire Institutes’ interests and goals in mind. It has been a great learning and development experience that I would highly recommend.”

“The program with Campbell Co. gave both the team more energy and was the occasion for deeper reflections, which can be difficult to find time and peace for in a fast–paced everyday life. It was a relevant way to care for the employees – and they have with great commitment continued to take their goals into practice. Hence, our employees are now even more engaged.”
