Light house exercise
From the book
About the exercise
What triggers most people and drain their energy is being challenged on their values often. This listening exercise gives you the opportunity to be aware of your top values. When knowing what your top values are, it becomes easier to navigate and make decisions in your life.
Here you will be guided to think about, visualize and find out what your top values are. By that, it will be possible for you to increase your energy and make better decisions for yourself.
Before entering this exercise, you need to be aware of the following steps:
1. Make sure that your phone is on silent mode, and that no one will disturb you for the next 20 minutes.
2. Find a pen and a piece of paper.
3. Put yourself in a comfortable position – you can either sit or lay down.
When you have completed these steps, you are now ready to dive into the first step of the exercise, using the link below.
Step 1 - List of values
When finished with listening to the audio file you’re now ready to narrow down your top 3 values. So, the questions are: What are your top two or three values? And: If you were to choose one as the most important, which one would it be?
