Can you recognize this: you have a challenge to be solved, but no matter what approach you take, it will not be solved? Do you have the feeling that there’s something you could do better and that you’ve like to do something about it? Then executive coaching by Josefine Campbell might be something for you.

Research shows that leadership coaching is the kind of performance and management development that produces the greatest results and development in shortest time.

Become clear on how to solve your challenges

In a coaching session you will set the agenda. What is talked about in a coaching session is always confidential. Like, when you go to a lawyer or a doctor. I offer more than coaching. I will also challenge you and put my management expertise into play when that’s what you need.

In a coaching session you will be challenged to see new perspectives, approaches, and solutions. Not only will you be better to solve your challenges, but you can also become better and more efficient when receiving performance and management coaching. Between our sessions, you can try out some of the solutions that have been talked about so that you can see how they work in practice.

"I am very grateful for the coaching. It has helped me find clarity with the options I have and helped me realize how I really feel about those options. It has helped me pursue my goals with more focus and determination, and to prioritize relationships."

Manage low self-esteem: 3 things you should be aware of when leading others

As a leader, it’s important to be aware if some of your employees have low self-esteem so you can lead them well and help them build more self-worth. It is possible to develop more self-esteem as an adult, and a boss can play a role in that. It benefits both the employee, the company, and the boss if the employee gains more self-esteem.
